New regulations for reproductions of manuscripts and rare materials

Following the resolution of the Mobility Commissions of 17 February 2026, starting from today, requests for reproductions of manuscripts and rare materials submitted by PhD students must be handled directly by the students themselves using their own research funds.

Requests received up to this date will still be processed by the Library.
